With "VITRUV", MEISSEN has created a distinctive tableware series for sophisticated modern dining: a purist statement, sleek yet bold, that is simultaneously a demonstration of exceptional craftsmanship and skill. "Graphic", a specially designed relief, transposes the architectural style of the collection to a series of geometric patterns that lend their porcelain pieces a fascinating textural effect. Moreover, the collection's meticulously crafted round vessels, such as this bowl, have been fitted by hand with a special pedestal, which, with its hand carved groove, lends the vessel a feeling of weightlessness and suspension - an entirely new aesthetic within Meissen's design repertoire. The modular service's purist design allows for a wide variety of possible arrangements: the white glazed pieces can be paired with bisque pieces as well as pieces featuring the "Ming Dragon" artwork to create stunning combinations.
